| Booking your cruise holiday couldn't be more straightforward.
Once you've decided on a cruise, simply call your travel agent or the Cunard Representative Office in your country, or our reservations team in Australia on 13 24 41 click here to send a booking request.
When booking your cruise, please make sure you have the following information to hand.
Cruise details When you book, we’ll ask for the ship and departure date. The cruise number is shown in the fare tables.
Stateroom details We’ll also need to know which stateroom grade you’ve chosen.
Guest details We’ll ask for the full name (Mr, Mrs, Miss, etc) of each passenger as it appears on their passport. We’ll also want to know each guest’s date of birth, nationality, passport number and passport expiry date.
Contact details We’ll need the full private postal address (including postcodes) of all guests travelling with your party, plus at least one contact telephone number. Please also give us a number to contact in the event of a holiday emergency.
Dinner seating requests When you book, please advise us of your preferred table size, smoking or non-smoking, restaurant name, early or late sitting, and whether you are travelling with another party. Please note that while every effort will be made to meet these preferences, we cannot guarantee to do so in all cases.
Special requirements Please tell us if anyone in your party has a special diet or medical requirements, or is pregnant. Please contact our reservations department no later than six weeks prior to departure in order to arrange your special needs.
Insurance Cunard’s Travel Insurance Cunard strongly recommed that all guests purchase comprehensive trip cancellation/Interruption & Medical insurance for the full purchase price of the cruise as well as any extra add-ons you may purchase.
Mobility Please make us aware of guests who are not fully mobile or who use wheelchairs at any time.
Gift orders Please let us know if you’d like us to send you a gift order form.

About your deposit Once you're happy with your accommodation and fare, we'll give you a booking reference number. We then ask you to pay a deposit of 25% per person and we require the completed reservations form at this time.
After you book Cunard Line must receive the balance of your fare no later than 90 days before departure, otherwise we reserve the right to re- sell the accommodation held in your name. This will also result in cancellation charges.
Here’s what happens after you’ve made your reservation. • Once we receive your deposit, we’ll send you a confirmation detailing the amount received, the balance outstanding and the due date for payment in full. • About 90 days before you sail, we’ll send you a shore excursions brochure together with an information pack telling you all you need to know about your holiday. • About 2- 3 weeks before your departure date you’ll receive the tickets for your cruise - Bon Voyage!
